Arlene Stubbs
Rev. Arlene Stubbs, along with her late husband Rev. C. Earl Stubbs founded the New Life Assembly of God Church in Hyderabad. She now serves as the Senior Pastor of New Life Assembly of God. For many years, she served as the Minister of Music and Director of Children’s Ministry. Her special joy is to write and produce cantatas and dramas for Christmas and Easter. She has also played a vital role in developing and growing the Carecell ministry and building a strong Carecell leadership team. Her genuine concern and love for people enables her to reach out effortlessly to adults and children alike and meet the challenges of a growing Church. She spearheaded the establishment of our Missions Department which supports pastors and ministries in India and overseas.
Joseph & Heidi Baralle
Joe and Heidi graduated from the University of Valley Forge in 1985. After pastoring in the Penn-Del District of the Assemblies of God for 5 years, they received an appointment as World Missionaries to German-speaking Europe for 17 years. Individually, Joe and Heidi have traveled to over twenty countries on three continents. Joseph has a Master of Arts in Social Science/Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University. Heidi has a Master of Arts in Ministerial Studies from Global University. In 2013, Heidi completed her training and received certification as a Life/Leadership Coach. Joe and Heidi have been married since 1985 and are the proud parents of two wonderful adult daughters. Currently, they oversee college campuses in Delaware where they help organize Bible studies, prayer meetings, and events to lead people to the Lord.

Becky works with Youth With A Mission in Kona, Hawaii. Youth With A Mission is a global movement of Christians from many cultures, age groups and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world.
